If you are looking to choose adventure, but are ready for a challenge, we welcome you to apply to join our unit. Sea Cadets is not for everyone. It is a commitment.
If you are looking to be a good citizen, a future leader, character matters to you, and you hold yourself to a high standard of integrity, perhaps you would be a good fit. Here are the requirements to be considered for admission to our unit:

Our enrollment period for our Spring 2025 Recruit Orientation class is January 1 - February 28, 2025.
Requirements

At least 10 years old and in 5th grade up to senior in high school

Satisfactory academic standing (Minimum 2.0 GPA)
-
U.S. Citizen or permanent legal resident
-
Drug, alcohol, and felony-free
-
Not married or pregnant
-
Of good moral character (see our Code of Conduct below)

Attend a minimum of 75% of scheduled unit drills
